CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our upstream providers performed a scheduled maintenance of their network. During maintenance, our provider carried out hardware upgrades within their infrastructure.

IMPACT:
For the duration of the maintenance activities, the cloud traffic was rerouted through one of our backup lines. No impact was observed on any running services.

It is important for CloudSigma and our ISPs to perform such maintenance to ensure the quality of our services and we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our upstream providers is planning to do a scheduled maintenance of their network infrastructure in the Zurich cloud location. More precisely, they will perform scheduled hardware upgrades within their infrastructure.

IMPACT:
The actual maintenance is scheduled to take four hours in total. During that time, the connection with this ISP will not be present for about 60 minutes. We expect no impact on our network, as the traffic will automatically rerouted through our second provider.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
