CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our upstream providers perfomed a scheduled maintenance of their network infrastructure in the Zurich cloud location. More precisely, they performed software upgrades on their edge routers, per manufacturer's recommendation.
IMPACT:
The actual maintenance took three hours in total. During that time, the connection with this ISP was not being present for about 60 minutes. There was no impact on our network, as the traffic was automatically rerouted through our second provider.
