CloudSigma would like to inform you that we will be performing a scheduled maintenance on the Storage cluster in our Zurich cloud location.

IMPACT:
The actual maintenance is expected to take no longer than 2 hours in total. During this time frame we will reboot some of our storage nodes and this may cause some drives to appear as unavailable for about 15 minutes. Anyway it should not affect any running services, just people won’t be able to operate with the drives over the API and the Webapp for about 15 minutes.

All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s Operations staff.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
